We are excited to introduce our newest Process Engineer, Isaiah Scott.

With 3 years’ experience as a Production Engineer, Isaiah has developed his engineering and troubleshooting skills by working in processes ranging from Oil Extraction, Distillation, and Air Purification.

In this role his focus was to meet and exceed projected production KPI’s, implement cost saving practices, and improve process and production safety. In addition to his standard work, Isaiah gained leadership skills by organizing, scheduling, and overseeing contractor work in a variety of PSM areas.

This combination of experience has helped sharpen his skills as an engineer and leader.

Having acquired his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, Isaiah desires to continue to grow and expand his engineering skills and knowledge where possible.

He lives his life by the motto “If you are not growing, then you are dying”. This is his constant reminder to grasp every opportunity to learn and progress in both his professional and personal life.

In his spare time Isaiah’s focus is on his family and friends and growing deeper connections with them.
