We are excited to introduce our newest Project Manager, Andrew Miller. He is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in process and project engineering, as well as operations and project management.
Andrew’s journey has spanned over a decade, and his expertise has left a significant impact in various roles across different organizations.
Andrew’s experience as a process and project engineer as well as various levels of operations management gives him a keen perspective for delivering results on projects. He has a strong understanding of the challenges of GMP manufacturing from his time with some of the leading food and beverage and flavors companies. He also has experience in packaging, chemical and consumer goods industries.
In addition to engineering and project management skills in the industries above, Andrew also has a passion for operational excellence. Years of experience leading kaizen events, value stream mapping, and lean manufacturing practices brings another level of support to any client, ensuring the project is not only delivered on time and budget but also adds value to their operation.
Andrew is a proud graduate from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering. During his time there, he was a four-year starter for the men’s soccer team, which is still a passion of his outside of work. He also enjoys working on his hobby farm with wife and three young boys.
The team at ADF is thrilled about the new insights he will contribute to our projects.
