Alex Fishman, P.E., and Matthew Williamson, P.E., attended the AOCS 2023 Annual Conference in Denver, Colorado.

This event is one we regularly attend to put forth efforts to showcase our latest engineering solutions for the Oilseeds and Vegetable-Based Protein industry. We had a great turnout at our ADF Engineering Booth! Most of our conversations were around discovering how ADF Engineering can help optimize plant operations, reduce energy consumption, and cut carbon footprints.

Plus, Matt Williamson’s conducted a presentation on Monday, discussing “Food Safety Considerations for the Oilseed Industry” while exploring the latest trends and developments in this rapidly-evolving field.

Matt presented to over 100 attendees at both the annual training course and the main sessions.
